Beat LA clips, another strong win.

I really want home court advantage, but at the same time, I don't want to face a team like the Mavs in the first round.

Blazers could win the division with 2 wins and Denver losing to Sac.

I'd love to face the Spurs. Shut down Tony Parker, and you win.

I'd much rather face the Spurs than the Rockets.

i checked the division again and right now they are 3rd, Blazers vs Dallas or New Orleans Hornets. If they fall to number 4 seed. Its either Spurs or Houston. I rather blazers to stay in top 4 seeds to have home court advantage during first round.

Portland will be seeded:

• #3 if Blazers win and Rockets and Spurs lose.

• #4 if Blazers win and either Rockets or Spurs win (or both win) OR if Blazers and Spurs both lose.

• #5 if Blazers lose and Spurs win.

http://www.nba.com/2009/news/features/0 ... l?rss=true

be case scenario, Blazers, Rockets, and Spurs win. We face San Antonio in playoffs with home court advantage, and then if we win, we play LA.

I love that. I think LA and SA are both teams we match up well against.

I also wouldn't mind being the 3rd seed, as long as we don't face the Mavs in the first round. Jazz would be nice.

if we advanced to 2nd round and face lakers, theres good chance we can make it to game 5 or 6.

also tomorrow game i hope Dallas can beat Houston and New Orleans beat Spurs tomorrow. And blazers need to beat Denver at rose garden, it will be tough game.

There is no scenario where the Blazers will be facing Dallas in the first round. The only possible first round matchups for the Blazers are the Spurs, Rockets and Hornets.

You are correct, I forgot NOH is playing SA.

Well that makes things even better. Give me Spurs or Hornets.

Should be a great series. It isn't the matchup I was hoping for, but oh well. The Blazers are as hot as any team in the NBA, so the Rockets should be the ones lamenting their fate more than the Blazers. Should be a real physical battle.
