Wed, Mar 23 Boise State - Eugene, Ore. - Matthew Knight Arena 7:00 p.m.

I wonder if any Boise fans are headed to Eugene...The fans I ran into for the football game a few years back were total ass-hats...

The comments are already flying around on the internet "i wonder who's going to get punched", etc. Let's hope everybody behaves.

Based on my experience with the Boise State fanbase, they're pretty big frontrunners. Unless they legitimately think they'll win this game, I doubt too many show up.

The Donks can post whatever they like, as long as the punching is all Ducks throwing their fists in the air to celebrate a resounding victory.

There will be a smattering of BSU fans since there are many that live in the Eugene-Springfield area, but I would care to guess it won't number far over 100, if that.

Not the experience I had with them either in Eugene or Boise. Outside of a few people online, I really haven't seen these "terrible" Boise fans that everyone seems to always talk about.

Oh, man. My sister went to Boise so I've gone to a couple games, the hick factor is strong with that bunch. It was a riot-like atmosphere in my section during the Oregon game. My personal opinion of the fanbase is that they've experienced a ton of success but still feel vastly underappreciated, which has spawned a lethal case of small-man's syndrome.
