Jacoby Walker is one of the Lone Star State's finest quarterback prospects going in to Signing Day 2010. The multi-skilled quarterback from Westfield High School in Westfield, Texas is primed for a big senior campaign and is hoping to snag a coveted offer from a certain Pacific Northwest school along the way.

We've discussed Walker before here and I've done a story on him a while ago when his lone offer was from Okie State. I truely think if we offer Jacoby from talking to him we'd be the favorites. Kid is a special talent.

Awesome. I personally really like Jacoby, he's liked the Ducks for awhile too. I remember a Rivals article about him having the Ducks as a favorite back in October or November.

I spotted this blog a while back...

http://blogs.chron.com/prepsports/2007/ ... pbell.html

Walker dropped back to pass on a 1st-and-10 from the Cy Falls 42 and Walker went head to head with Cy Falls linebacker Derron Clebourn. Walker put his head down and rammed into Clebourn (5'9"/205, and his team's leading tackler.) like a runaway freight train and picked up the necessary yardage for a first down. That play had the entire press box saying "wow."

Sound familiar?

Uhhh...offer him now! I think we should start a tradition here of smashmouth QB's that will run over your Linebackers & Safeties with out thinking twice.

Clemens would do the same thing. I remember we were playing Washington at home. He ran out of the pocket to scramble, didn't have much room so he just went straight at a Safety & LB. Guess who hopped up first? Clemens, and guesss who layed on the ground in pain? The LB.
