In a complete reversal of what the SEC coaches voted (unanimously in both cases) the SEC Presidents have passed several rules to address over signing.

Finally we start to get rid of the "anything goes" attitude of the SEC. Good for them.

But how long do you think it will take before someone finds loopholes that allows more? Really what coaches in the SEC need are better morals to not screw over kids and cheat.

Well at least this forces them down that path a little! Without it there would be ZERO let up from the coaches, as indicated by the disparity in the two groups votes on the matter.

If anyone will find them, it'll be Nick Saban. You can bank on that.

Based on USC taking 417 LOI's last year I don't think we have any.

Of the 31 recruits, post the 2010 season, 9 were EE and counted back against the 2010 class. So 23 recruits will count against the 2011 class.

25 is the maximum number that can enroll each class, not necessarily the number of LOI's a school can offer. I know Oregon has signed more than 25 in years past.
