Is it just me or is this RB core really terrible outside of LMJ? Lattimore is good, but outside of that meh.

I like the two RBs from Wisconsin. Trent Richardson is pretty good also.

It is a shame that Knile Davis had a significant injury, he probably would have been the best running back in the SEC.

Every RB on LSU's roster is better than anyone on that list.

Michael Dyer might not agree with that analysis.

I’m pretty sure you are joking..but thanks for the complement.
Richardson, Lattimore, and Dyer are legit…all three will rack up big yards this year. Poole is very talented, but I’m not completely convinced that he is a top 20 back after one goof season and two that were ….meh.

Sarcasm people, sarcasm. Of course if you venture to a LSU site some believe it to be true.

James is at the top of the list for ONE REASON, he was smart and got out off the south so he could face the soft defenses out west. He is a pro-caliber back no doubt but would probably be 4th or 5th best back in the SEC (depending on if Knile Davis is hurt or not). "
Really? This was the first comment in the comments section.......WOOOOWWW!! Bud you gotta get your SEC buddies to stop drinking the kool-aid

I thought the sarcasm was plain to see…but maybe you need a special font so people want mistake it for a statement of fact.

I agree...that statement is RIDICOULOUS....James would tear it up in the SEC...he probably wouldn't receive as many touches but he would be the top SEC back if he was playing in here.
There are some bad SEC homers out there....but let’s not forget that I've been to Oregonlive.com ... I think some of your homers may be worst.

Your right on that I don't think he would get as many touch's but would be running it up in the SEC. I didn't know TENN was out WEST oh ya there not and LMJ ran all over them last year at there house.

Overall though I agree with most that this years crop of RB's is not very good
I'm also probably the only person who isn't totally sold on Trent Richardson just yet and don't think he's a viable hesiman contender

I can see that…this will be his first real test now that Mark is a Saint (YES!) and they will be relying on him to produce to help the inexperienced QB out.
