I hope this somehow helps to keep the B12 intact. Im just not ready for the super conferences.... yet. And the thought of Texas in the P16 or whatever kills me.
Have I mentioned that I hate UT?!?

This probably means the Big East will cease to exist as a credible football conference by 2014, when Pitt and Syracuse are allowed to leave. Even though the Big East was a founding conference of the BCS, I just don't see how they keep their automatic bid with how poor of teams are left.

That slipped by me the first time I read it. They have to be the biggest longshot of any of the listed to schools to join the Big 12.

big 12 is getting pretty watered down IMO
