I know its on Monday, but don't know what time.

I believe it will be at 11 am on Monday our time.

Will it be televised? Will there be live video we can follow?

If you have ESPN U i'm sure they'll have it, they televised Pryor's announcement last year.

I think Brown is doing it at the same place that Harper and Arthur did it last year.. That was on the internet streamed though some website.. My final goes from 9-11 so I'm going to have a nice run to my house to try and hear the news live.. Go ducks! I'm excited.

And as far as coverage of the announcement, according to Rickert (http://blog.oregonlive.com/ducks/2009/0 ... brown.html), Wichita radio station KGSO will be covering the announcement, presumably live.
