Dont know what more there is to say though...Rob Mosely reported a few days ago that Gaines was getting in and Rivals confirmed it.

In, LOI is in our hands, and will report to school here in late May/June to get a jump on learning playbook and developing chemistry. THis was an important get IMO, more so than Bryce today. I said important not biggest.

I thought Rob still left some doubt in his piece on Gaines being official?

Nuff said I suppose. Just good to see it firmed up today by Rivals, which usually means something hard and fast has been documented. Not simple speculation.

I was hoping to hear when he was expected in camp?

I am actually with you Jhop - thanks by the way. I know Brown is the star of the show today, but this is HUGE in terms of need and instant effect. Thanks for the upate. Great news!

on The Writers Block today George asked coach Kelly if they had recieved papers from a juco wr, Kelly confirmed but they are waiting for clearance.

Yeah should be official soon. Kelly didnt mention him by name so its not official yet. He's on day 4 and no recruiting violatons yet!! Better than the 2 usc clowns.

I'm too excited about next year to worry about Brown too much

Well, it's over now, so how is that gonna help us? Tyrece Gaines is a 4 star WR and could be key to our success this year.
