Kelly already has identified an area where he will struggle to be more like Mike.

"He's really good at letting his coaches coach," Kelly said. "That may be an Achilles heel for me. If I see something that I want fixed ... I'll have to catch myself. Sometimes I think I want to do too much. Mike was great at that. He didn't micromanage. I don't know if that just comes from experience and a comfort level."

I hope Kelly micromanages Alliotti a bit

I completely agree...CK needs to be all over NA because WE want to have a great defense foe all 4 quarters (and OT) and all year long not a quarter here and there every few years!

I love the "chip" that he has on his shoulder. I really believe he is gonna take us to the next level.
