moseley reporting the ducks, boise game to open is expected to be moved to thursday night. I don't don't like this idea but with it being a national tv game I guess the exposure will help

Gay. Who are we the beevs? Thursday games just seem so small-time to me. Like your just so desperate to get on TV & get exposure that you move your game to a night where there are no other games on.

I'm actually fine with this, but that's just me. It gives Oregon more exposure, which is a great thing.

I hate this move. We've traded in money for the ability of Duck fans to get to the game. I guess we're thinking only with our money hats on.

National TV game between 2 projected top 15 teams with no other games on to distract viewers...sounds like a great plan to me.

BSU gets a lot of love from the national media and if we can kick thier asses, on their field, in front of the whole country it could be just the thing to jump start a NC run. On top of that when Masoli and Blount run wild the All-American and Heisman hype machine will get rolling.

I like it!

As far as logistics go it's a nightmare but exposure to our team it's phenomenal. I don't know about you guys but when there is only one college football game on TV guess what game I'm watching, and early in the year people are HUNGRY to see some football. This is FANTASTIC for recruiting!!!!!

south carolina vs nc state also on sept 3 on espn. does that mean we'd get espn2 or would it be regional rather than national?

Isn't there supposed to me 5 Duck games on ESPN/ESPN2/ABC? I only see the Civil War.

This is exactly why I didn't get tickets for the Boise game.

This is great for exposure, however I hate when we play non weekend games ESPECIALLY on the road.

Makes this game even more dangerous. I think I would preferred this to stay how it was originally scheduled...
