I guess they say stealing is the best form of flattery, but maybe Chip should have copyrighted "Win The Day".

I thought they did too since they use it on tons of apparel. Hmmmm.... Craig Pintens might be interested in seeing the use of WTD for sure.

They registered it as a trademark with the state, but didn't go through the longer, and more costly process of obtaining a federal trademark.
