No more visits for Meline
Wide receiver Ted Meline (Miami, Fla./Booker T. Washington) said he does not plan to take anymore unofficial visits this spring and hopes to have a decision by May. The one school he has visited already that he talks up in interviews is Georgia. Plus, reporters track future Bulldog commits closely are reporting his every offer.

Those signs add up to a likely commitment to UGA in the future, barring changes, which of course can happen.

Meline, an ESPNU150 prospect, is an outstanding player. He has good size, speed and hands. He is one of several high-level receivers from Dade County in this year's class.

Something must have happened because I just talked to Ted two days ago via internet and he said he was waiting to come out and it was on his coach to set up the visit but he was looking forward to the trip.

Keep in mind it is the SEC regional reporter who is going to be pro Georgia. Landing Meline would be sick though

Kind of a surprise to me but I wouldn't rule anything out. This could be an exaggerated report. Time will tell.

On a positive note, spoke with Delvin Jones and his mom and he will be calling the coaches today. Hopefully that goes well.

sounds like a kid who, if he does commit early to someone else, will probably take a few visits in the fall just to make sure. not really a kid i would worry about losing early because you can hear the ever so slight hesitation in his voice.
