Lache Seastrunk

Post by maxduck »

Appears he has worked himself onto the field. 15 carries for 91 yards and 3 TD's against Oklahoma.

Wish he had stayed, but I'll settle for DAT, Marshall, Tyner and Wilson.

Don't see how that helps the Ducks, unless you are more interested in playing ND in the championship over KSU.

Oregon is in if they win out.

I know we are in, but who wouldn't like to see Kelly vs Kelly?

And if we are ever to gain respect nationally, it would serve us better to beat a storied program over a team with a great season.

Plus, who here wouldn't love to hear Coach Lou ssssiilenccced (hard to lisp via text) about the almighty Irish?

shclshlsshclshilensshcshed (Lou speak...not really a lisp, just, well, just Lou)

EDIT: it would help to be able to decorate the letters with spittle.

Mixed feelings about facing Notre Dame for the championship. Although I would completely enjoy watching the Ducks destroy them they really don't deserve a spot in the game. The Irish would struggle to finish better than third in the SEC or Pac-12, and probably the Big 12. Certainly not championship quality.

Well, in order to get to the Natty, they will have had to beat the 2nd and 3rd best teams in the Pac-12 in Stanford and USC.

Fair enough, if Oregon is good enough to get to the Natty again, I just want to play whoever gives us the best odds of winning a championship. I might be in the minority, but I don't care who we play. Get there and win. IMO ND would be the easier opponent, so go Lache.
