Since Oregon is most likely going to playing KSU, worth keeping an eye on this game and how they look.

KSU reminds me of Ohio State when we lost to them in the Rose Bowl.

Rather beat KSU, just to show voters how wrong the computers were, placing the Ducks behind those doofuses, earlier in the season.

Barring another Stanford travesty, I think we would roll them. I don't think they do anything well enough to hang with us. Load the box and contain limit Klein's rushing. He can pass but not at the level we are used to seeing in the PAC.

They remind me of OSU because they seem to have a decent but fairly one dimensional offense with a competent but slower defense. Their QB is a big, mobile QB that isn't the most accurate. Going into the game against OSU, I was sure our defense could stop an inaccurate QB..... unfortunately, Pryor played out of his mind and killed us on the ground and through the air.

Hard for me to get a feel for this game so far. I'm more inclined -- despite how I feel about Mack Brown -- to root for Texas so the Ducks would have the opportunity to play OK (I usually like the higher profile options for Duck opponents). But since it seems like we could end up with KSU either way, maybe it doesn't matter.

Haven't been impressed. They're struggling with the Texas speed, what are they going to do with us?

Some pretty good downfield blocking by KSU. Makes me think of the Ducks.

Every time I see Chris Harper catch a pass, I keep thinking how well he could have done in Chip's offense.

Maybe it's just me, but, while KSU's defense seems to fly around well, they look to be inordinately small compared to the Big "12" teams I'm accustomed to seeing.

Give them 5 weeks to prepare and they might do very well though.

You can't really replicate the speed. Tempo, yes but team speed, no.
