Its a lock with him at TENN.
Technically they poached a guy from Cincinnati, dude was never going to Colorado. Nobody gets their first choice, Les was 7th on our list and I think Saban was around the same win we hired him and both of those worked well for us. Hopefully the guy will turn things around over there.

Good call Bud, also a failure on one team can have great success at another, you just never know about chemistry
