Very good hire, and I'd say even better than the botched attempt at Butch Jones. Butch has always been able to use Brian Kelly's players and coaching established programs.

If they AD gives him time unlike Embree, then I can see him dong something. It'll take atleast 2-3 years, but I think by then he can have them competitive.
