Okay, I would if I knew how but I would post a couple of tweets of ducks in the NFL from yesterday, Sewell in motion and 1st down reception, Herbert had lots of highlights but his shuffle pass on the scramble was sweet Also.

Wonder when his contract is up, if he gets paid to play the blind side tackle.

Looks like Marcus is a Dad and likely explains why might be put on IR for ATL.

So the Falcons' PR dept does not know that Marcus is married????? Have never seen a team use verbiage like that. Typically it might just say something like congrats to __________ and his family on their new addition.. if the mother is not the wife. Poorly done.

That's a fan account, but Arthur Smith was extremely coy in his press conference about Marcus for someone who obviously knew about his situation as a lot of people were tweeting that Marcus walked away from the team/quit, etc.

Strange that Smith and the team let it make everyone people think he quit after getting benched but was actually playing through a knee injury that now requires surgery.

Oh got it now. Seemed odd they would not reference his wife but I understand now. Thanks for the clarification.

I know we all love Marcus here, and this is a puzzling story given what we know about him. Fans are saying he quit on the team, and I suspect the opposite is true: the team is packing it in for the season in order to improve draft position and possibly draft a QB, so they are benching the better quarterback in favor of the rookie, and then justifying the move publicly by throwing Marcus under the bus. We'll see if that theory holds up or not.

I wonder about MM as a coach? He sure knows the game and his counsel to players would be honest and true. Likely, he will place his family above other things.
