Surprised no one mentioned this game. Tennessee went up 42-0 at half. Worley 11-13 104 yards and 3 TDs. Neal with 141 rushing yards, 8.9ypc.
Sure it was Austin Peay, but #10 Florida was up 17-6 with 17 minutes left in the game against Toledo. Anyway, Tennessee is playing a solid Western Kentucky team this weekend, so that should give us a better sample.

There a probably a couple dozen high school teams that could beat Austin Peay. I used to live close by there and I can't recall the last time they've ever had a very good football team.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see Tennessee lose to Western Kentucky. I hope not, because I want UT to do well for our strength of schedule, but WKU may have a shot with Petrino coaching them.

Yeah True, Austin Peay's only win last year was against Tennessee Tech. Didn't realize how bad they are.

I think so too. If so, it'll take some of the luster off our game with them the following week. I think Butch Jones will do okay at UT, but I don't think they'll see significant results until his second or third season. I know that the Vols have a lot of talent. Unfortunately, they play in the SEC.
Also, Butch Jones inherited quite a bit of talent when he took over for Brian Kelly at Cincinnati, but he was still pretty average the first couple seasons. Who knows, though? We'll find out in a couple days.

Tough to win with 4 turnovers in as many plays.

Yep. They're beating themselves. 5 turnovers in 6 possessions is hard to overcome.

Spoke too soon. The score is now 31-17. W. Kentucky coming back.

Well....guess I was wrong about that one. Either WKY is not as good as they looked last week or Tenn is much better this year

I think its a bit of both. WKY killed themselves.
