So who does everyone think we finish with to fill up the last 12 or so spots we have left on our team for this next class?

Boyd, Brown, Harris, Jefferson(pending grades), Hall, Evans, Wheaton, Johnson....... But this is me being highly optimistic!!!! Makes it funnerer.

I want to be positive, but I dont think we get Brown or Boyd.....but we do have a very nice group of kids so far....add Gaines, Wheaton, and potentially Hall and well we have some playmakers at WR for sure. On the defensive side i really hope we get Harris, but it sounds like he is having issues with qualifying. I am very impressed with our LB's man we are loaded there, I wonder if any of them switch to other positions? All in all good stuff, I hope I am wrong about Brown and Boyd, but I just don't see it happening....

Harris- he qualifies
Wheaton- it's his birthright to be a duck
Johnson- UW or Oregon hmmmmmmmmm tough choice
Burrell- Phillip is going to Stanford and we want one more OL IMO
Boyd- he wants to come here, just sign the LOI dad.
Hall- could be a bit of a shocker, will love his visit and CK
Cam Marshall- the BB saga is turning the wrong way IMO.
Tepa- more d-line help
Jackson- this one is a lock unless something wierd happens
Tuihalamaka- as with Tepa D-line player

that's 10.
Tim Tucker may be an 11th, IDK LB position is getting full.

Agree Hop but I think if/when Boyd's parents give in, we get 2-3 surprise commits one could be the TE Charles. I also think Hall signs because of Boyd.

If his list is correct,
Brown and Boyd will have spots reserved for them until they make a decision, so Ducks are looking at 7 openings and a couple fall backs if Boyd and Brown do not sign.

Mos' list does not include D. Jackson and Gaines assuming they are commited and stay that way.
Mops and other's "in the know" have also stated a few times we are VERY likely to overbook this year.

With so much on the table left I think we will finish strong, but how stong is the main question. I think we get the following.

4* WR Tryce Gaines
4* WR Adam Hall
4* CB Cliff Harris
3* WR Markus Wheaton
3* WR James Johnson
3* S Brian Jackson
3* OG Jamaal Burell
3* DE Iuta Tepa

We then leave two spots open for Bryce Brown and Tahj Boyd.

In your honest opinion, do we fill either of those last two slots?

Edit: I will be pretty surprised if we get Hall and mildly surprised if we get Wheaton....

I've heard 10 to 12 more. If Brown goes elsehwere, I bet we take Marshall if he's still available. Some have said his offer may be conditional. I'll take his word that it's not. In the end, I think Jackson ends up a Duck too.

Has something changed?

Charles has set 5 visits and we are not one of them, no chance without that.
