5'11"/180/4.46... 3* Scout,

1)Doesn't seem to go down on first contact in this video... 2)At the 1:05 mark he hurdles a would-be tackler, like LGB... 3)Stiffarm at 3:15... 4)Maintains forward momentum when tackled... Quick cuts and good acceleration... Decent speed...

ESPN lists Oregon as the leader, ahead of UCLA, Washington, Boise State and Arizona State...

Funny you mention him, because I've been trying to try to get in touch with him lately.

Here's a little something on him earlier:

"Running back Anthony Brown, of Henry J. Kaiser High School in Fontana, California has been an absolute terror on the camp and combine circuit since coming off an impressive junior campaign that saw him rush for over 1000 yards and 11 touchdowns. Brown is poised for a monster senior year and is looking for his first official offer, which he hopes comes from his favorite school."

Sounds like the kid is gaining some recognition. If we had more schollies I would be love to see this kid get an offer. Have to think he's the second option to a guy like Clay though.

This is the kind of player that we need here. When he is talking about football he mentions the ducks as much as I do. It would be nice to have a recruit that is excited to be recruited by the Ducks. After watching that video, the kid has great vision, follows his blocks, and does not go down easy. If he can gain 10 lbs before December we should give him an offer.
