What's going on? Will the NCAA ever do anything to USC? they have been sitting on the Bush stuff now this,

Schools like USC and Notre Dame are held to a different standard than schools like Oregon, Washington, Colorado, etc. When USC and ND are good, the NCAA generates an insane amount of money. It may not be fair, but that it is the way that it is. Not much you can do about it.
