A first rounder to move up like 6 spots? I'm not sure about this one....

Re: Pistons/Knicks Trade
^ sorry Zyme, that would be four straight picks the pistons would give up....and doing so to only move up 6 spots. I'm gonna veto that one too.

that's a really weak veto, I would like a 2nd opinion from ducky.lukeyrid13 wrote:^ sorry Zyme, that would be four straight picks the pistons would give up....and doing so to only move up 6 spots. I'm gonna veto that one too.

Be patient, eddy. There is a good chance that the player you are targeting will fall to you. Why sacrifice another future first round pick to move up just 6 spots?eddy_zamora wrote:Agreeed

Re: Pistons/Knicks Trade
I can message him.....but to trade 4 first rounders in a row and only have 3 players on your roster......and he only moves up 6 spots. If the third rounder was removed I'd consider but it'd really have to be worth it to me to give up 4 straight 1sts in case a new GM would take over in a season for some reason.Zyme wrote:that's a really weak veto, I would like a 2nd opinion from ducky.lukeyrid13 wrote:^ sorry Zyme, that would be four straight picks the pistons would give up....and doing so to only move up 6 spots. Re: Pistons/Knicks Trade
I could justify moving up 6 spots IN THE FIRST ROUND and sacrificing a first round pick.
I'm gray on this, Could you guys swap 4th and 5th round picks or something? A little more going Pistons way and I'm ok with letting it go through.

Re: Pistons/Knicks Trade
The more I look at this, and it makes 0 sense for the Pistons. It's not the worst deal, but giving up a first for practically nothing seems foolish.

I would agree. And noobs making mistakes is what veto's are for, kinda like the Hakeem trade.UOducksTK1 wrote:The more I look at this, and it makes 0 sense for the Pistons. It's not the worst deal, but giving up a first for practically nothing seems foolish.

I don't know. I just keep seeing the clock ticking down and yeah. I'm very impatient. I can see where you guys are concerned. I plan on winning with Magic and 'Nique for 3-4 years. But I see exactly where it makes little sense. I just have a plan.

I'll allow this if we allow the Hakeem trade
