Just got offered. Will visit Oregon end of May / beginning in June. Being recruited as a DB by most. Oregon is one of his top schools.

I would have to agree with 247's ranking on this kid. If 11/12 Pac 12 teams have offered, he probably isn't a low 3 star.

Apparently there is a Bizzaro world out there where Chip got Mariota and Manziel and Helfrich got Herbert and Jackson.
