on the register guard blog!! LaGarrett looks stacked now. doesnt appear to have much fat on him at all imo..

I feel bad for Alston getting hurt. Big time bummer. I still have hope he can be a solid contributor to the season.

Same bone twice. Anyone know if he had surgery and any kind of pin or something done to reinforce it?

(I don't even know if that is possible.)

ya it almost looked like a nfl running back at a high school practice. He is giant looking to me hope he is even faster and stronger than last year!

I always thought Alston was better than Crenshaw. It looks like, in games, he runs harder and with more passion. He hits the hole as hard as anyone, and doesn't stop driving his legs. He's like a bowling ball out there.

I agree. I also feel like Alston has deceptive speed that we've yet to see.

That's his only problem...he doesn't...Bellotti used to talk about it...Said he's a half step away from being the best running back on the team...just needs that half step and he can't get it
