Re: Gonzalez to visit
Good to see him coming out for a visit. It is shaping up that a lot of the big targets are visiting during the big games (Utah, USC, Cal). Hopefully the Ducks take care of business and put on a good showing for all of these guys.

this is great to hear. He is secretly my favorite prospect out of everyone we have had a chance with. To me he just looks like the perfect build for our qb. He is tall, stacked, fast and with our staff and facilities the upside is crazy with this kid.. Of course this is just an opinion and i could be 100 percent wrong. (but i dont think so)

6'2" 190lbs and runs a 4.5 40. Over 1,500 yards running and 1,500 yards passing (+24 tds on the ground). I couldn't agree with you more, I really like Gonzalez and I hope we get him.brich75 wrote:this is great to hear. He is secretly my favorite prospect out of everyone we have had a chance with. what is he 16, 17 years old? by the time he gets here he could be 6'3" or 4" not that 6'2" is a problem. easly add 10 pounds of muscle or more and refine his speed and arm!! WOW we are looking at some scary potential. This kid will be a star where ever he goes i have no doubt... just hope its here!UOducksTK1 wrote:6'2" 190lbs and runs a 4.5 40. Gonzalez or Munchie. Which one do we want? Just give me either one and I will be happy.

My guess, because they visit the same week (smart coaches) there is added pressure for the remaining spot... we get a commit from Munchie by the end of the weekend, because he seems to like us more and won't want to miss out.

I guess Gonzalez. But only if he changes his name to something nearly as awesome as Munchie Legauxduckgrad99 wrote:Gonzalez or Munchie. Which one do we want? Just give me either one and I will be happy.

I wonder if anyone has ever called him "speedy"?
Definitely great that these kids are visiting on the big games. Every game is fun at Autzen. But, the big games get so nuts that it really hits home that you're experiencing something unique. Cal, USC and the Civil War are going to be madness. Can't wait.

Re: Gonzalez to visit
I hope everyone gets up for the Utah game. I have a lot of friends who are Ute fans who are traveling to Eugene for that game. From what I hear Utah is more concerned about the TCU and BYU games more than Oregon and not because it is an out of conference game but they think Oregon is overrated and think they can beat the Ducks worse than Boise State did. Even a lot of fans don't think Oregon can beat Utah. I hope we beat down Boise State and the Beavers more than anything but I also hope we take care of business against Utah.wheaton4prez wrote: Cal, USC and the Civil War are going to be madness. From what I've heard around the odds are much better for Munchie than for Gonzales. I wouldn't be surprised if Gonzales is scheduled to be there so the staff can help insure that Munchie feels like there is demand for the last spot and commits.

Ute fans are delusional if they think TCU and BYU will be tougher than Oregon.
