One school that has caught McCartney's attention is Oregon.

"I talked to (head) coach (Chip) Kelly about two weeks ago and we were just talking about how would I feel about coming out for a visit on September 19 which is our bye week," he said. "I told him that I loved it. I've always wanted to go out to Oregon and check out the facilities, meet the coaches and the football players. So this would be a great opportunity for that."

He says the Ducks depth chart at WR looks attractive to him because it seems he might be able to start right away.

This is a guy who I would love to see us get but I don't want to get my hopes up. Do any of the MODS feel like we have real opportunity or is he just coming out here to be wow'd.

If he visits you have to like our chances with him! We have been on his radar from the beginning so now all we have to do is blow him away, its just too bad he's not coming for game day!

I'd rather have him visit on a big game day though. But I guess this way he get's the attention he deserves!

Come on guys, don't you already have the Ducks Schedule memorized? Sept. 19th is the Utah game which is a pretty big game considering Utah will be in the top 25 and undefeated. There will be a pretty loud crowd for that one. He was saying that HIS team will be having a bye that week....wish "our" was referring to the Ducks though....
