"Oregon
Center Jordan Holmes. Coach Chip Kelly calls Holmes "a real warrior." Holmes stepped in for All-Conference lineman Max Unger and has being a key leader for a unit that is rebuilding. He has not missed a snap this preseason."

Re: Practice Player of the Week
Well I haven't been at practices all week, so I'll have to take their word. If he really is performing that well, then that's the best news I've heard in weeks.

Re: Practice Player of the Week
I don't recall anyone ever questioning the ability of Holmes, Kaiser or Thran. The questions come from the lack of depth we have, which could be an issue since we have some guys nursing injuries, our relatively young 2 Deep and the fact that we have some guys who are projected starters that have yet to start a game in their Duck careers. We do have some question marks but if anyone can get the OL to once again be a strength of our team, it's coach greatwood.
