The new rivals rankings are out and Owa and keenan allen were just bumped to 5 stars, would look nice for recruiting this year.

Duck chances on these guys?

I believe we are top two with alabama for keenan, i think he likes oregon and parents like bama. He decides this month i think and if Mccain signs should help our cause. Owa is a big question mark, he is giving the new staff a chance now and we're in his top 6 or 7. I believe he said he'll take an unofficial to one of our games but it will be hard to beat out USC and Florida for him imo... Ronald Powell def end and Lattimore rb are also top ten 5 star recruits that we're after.

Apparently Cal is the one to beat with OWA. And its WHEN McCain commits not IF he commits.

Does King commiting to Cal change that? Or if Owa commits to Cal does King come here?

Ive read mixed opinions on that, because a lot of people think that King will eventually move to DT and that since Owa will be playing DE it wouldnt matter

If King was to move inside to DT it would be in a 4-3. He's way to small nose tackle in a 3-4 for Cal. If Cal lands Owa I think King goes somewhere else.

I don't think it matters. They will both go where they feel comfortable going.

yeah i dont understand how all of these great dl guys want to go to cal and usc, they both already have a bunch of good recruits and more wanting to jump on ship, can we get some scraps please...
