2018 WR Devin Culp decommits

In a move that doesn't surprise many, 2018 WR Devin Culp has decommitted from Oregon. The firing of the previous staff and Yankoff decommitting likely played big roles in this. Still sounds like Oregon is in contention but I think he ends up at UW or WSU.

Since we don't have a WR coach yet, I can't say I blame him. Hopefully the new coach can re-seal the deal.

Taggart hired Jimmie Dougherty as WR coach. I think he was the 2nd coach on staff, behind only Leavitt's hiring.

After watching his video interview from a couple weeks ago, I can't say I'm surprised.
