2014 Cs

Cs
Willie Cauley-Stein C D D B+ C+ A
At Kentucky, Cauley-Stein became a defensive beast. Amazing shot blocker who can guard the post and defend the perimeter. Tremendous defensive abilities. Solid rebounder who will need to improve on his strength. Offensively, he is a mess. Spent most of his time dunking the ball at Kentucky. Will need to improve his free throw shooting. Great potential.

Jusuf Nurkić C+ D+ D+ C+ C+ A
Big strong bigman. Well suited for banging in the post. Excellent footwork making him effective in pick and roll situations. Solid at handing the ball and making open jump shots. Good rebounder who has the potential to be a great defender with his lateral speed and quick hands. Remarkable feel for the game and basketball instincts. Overall good potential.

Nikola Jokić C+ C- C- C B- A
Very high basketball IQ, This is his greatest strength. Great rebounder. Strong personality. Has a great work ethic. Tremendous length. Athletically, he is very versatile. Can really shoot the ball. Hard worker. Possesses a great wing span. Great potential.

Clint Capela C+ D- D+ B C+ A
Capela is as good as any athlete ever coming from Europe. What really separates him is his explosiveness around the rim. He also can really run the floor on finding easy layups and dunks in transition. Capela is still a very raw talent with a lot of upside, but has also developed solid instinct, particularly on the defensive end. He also makes passes you would not expect from a player like him. His ability to finisharound the rim is pretty good, which makes him a very dangerous player on Pick and Roll.

Tarik Black C+ D+ D+ C C+ B
Solid potential. Very strong. Pretty solid all around defender. Good rebounder. And can score inside the paint. Definitely has a chance to fit into a team's rotation.

Adreian Payne B- D- D+ C+ B- C
Second strongest player in this draft and is not afraid of showing it. Above average defender and rebounder. Can also guard behind the perimeter if needed. Faster than you would think with very active hands. Average potential.

Mitch McGary C C C- C- C C
Can play 3-5 at any given time but might be best suited at the three. Above average shooter and is known to get put backs on offense. Average defender who can also provide some steals. Good potential

Edy Tavares C+ C- D- C+ C B
An import from Spain who is very strong. Offensive game will need some time to develop but is an above average shot blocker. Capable on defense and can provide 6-10 mins off the bench right now. Very good potential.
