Can't say I'm surprised. I'm sure the coaches took a chance but knew they'd likely have to settle for Richardson or Davis. If they don't get them, Judson probably ends up as a RB if he commits.

Gotta wonder if today's news played a role in this. If I were a parent, the recent bad headlines would definitely not leave good impressions.

I kinda of doubt it. Flipping Carr was always going to be a longshot.

Falo just got another USC crystal ball. That could very well have to do with the DUII

maybe. But Falo has been trending to SC for a couple of weeks along with Pili and Marlon.

Falo has been trending USC, but this might be the deciding factor. Losing our TE coach to a DUI arrest two weeks before signing day must be close to the worst-possible thing that could happen for his recruitment.

We won't lose Falo to SC because of a TE coach he knew for about a week. Willie has been in contact with him since he arrived at Oregon, same with Leavitt. Big Joe and Cristobal are definitely in control of his recruitment at the time.

Seriously, losing Reaves is not going to be a big deal at all.

It's still a big deal because we've known for more than a week that Reaves would be the guy. Now, his position coach here is a total question mark, and we've just had our second coach fired or suspended within a two-week period. That is definitely a big red flag that would matter when compared to the situation at USC.

Long term, though, this shouldn't matter much.

I'm not sure this will hurt us too bad. Coach T will be all over this with recruits and families AND Reaves was around less than a week. It's not optimum, but I don't think its going to be a huge deal.

Do you guys realize that others troll message boards for rumors, etc - YOU are making this situation bigger then it should be. Stop saying the DUI is the reason commits are not coming here. Especially Carr - he was not flipping. For being fans you don't seem to realize the damage you are potentially causing by fueling all this speculation and rumors (DUI thread about recruits in car)

We should blame it on Russian Hackers then.

Why even bother having a forum if we can't talk about things like this? That seems kind of pointless. If others want to grab vague statements from people who claim to have zero inside knowledge, then why should we worry?
