From what I have read elsewhere, Lyerla has attended many Duck games over his young life...

I don't know much about him but he has a good list of schools interested in him so hopefully the Ducks can lock him up since he is in state talent.

He attended the national underclassmen combine in Portland, winning the MVP the last 2 years, as a sophomore and a junior.

10'10" in the long jump. Had a 40" vertical at Oklahom's camp, runs a 4.6/40, and a 4.2 shuttle... All at 6'6"/240 ish. (27 reps at 155 lbs on the bench press.)

And they say he has soft hands to boot.

Awesome, I wonder what the Ducks chances are with him at this point? Cal, Oklahoma, and Washington could be difficult to beat out.

Maybe not, if he has attended many Duck games already.

Lyerla is a stud and will be one of the top recruits in Oregon next year.. I'm not sure where he sits right now with his recruitment, but the fact that he's been to Eugene plenty of times is promising.

Info links for Lyerla
