They are executing on the Cristobal plan that Alabama used. They took pride on identifying players VERY early and building those relationships from when the players were really young. It is such a different approach from the old staff, which seemed reactive in their approach.

Totally agree. Before we used to anticipate de-commits. Now, I think we anticipate no room.

Love that the new staff is so aggressive in recruiting. I've heard rumors of 2-3 silence already for '19, it would be great to have two really strong recruiting classes in a row.
