I haven't heard his name in a while in the recruiting circles. Anyone know why?

Word is that he turned down Matteo Mele's commitment. He must have something brewing.

Apparently that was due to Cristobal liking size. Mele is "only" 277lbs right now, Cristobal seems to like guys at least at 305 or so. And yeah, I think he's gonna get us some good OL prospects on top of whoever we already have.

So, Mele tried to commit?

I'm not connected, so don't count on me, but I did hear Mele liked Oregon a lot but Cristobal just didn't like the fit. Mele is a good player, I wish him well. I hope this doesn't bite us in the butt lol
