Kind of funny that highest ranked recruits is a California kid. Should be a law that Florida schools can't recruit out of Florida.
Don't worry about Taggart until Frost is off the market.lukeyrid13 wrote:I'd be more worried of the opposite, and that they would be after taggart. One of the big Florida jobs would be his dream job.
Taggart is currently in the middle of a season with some ugly losses and he still has full support of the fanbase and boosters. I can't imagine him being in much of a hurry to take a job in the SEC where they will put you on the hot seat if you can't beat Bama. They would already have a go fund me for his firing if he was at Florida.lukeyrid13 wrote:I'd be more worried of the opposite, and that they would be after taggart. But at the same time he was there long enough to recruit good QB’s. He has no mind for offense. So you think Florida was rash to fire McElwain but you want Taggart gone?jefflockie wrote:Really rash decision by Florida. He can't be expected with win with Franks - that kid is not even good enough to be a D2 QB.
IDK, when it comes to QB I trust all things Jeff lockieOregonFan4Life wrote:But at the same time he was there long enough to recruit good QB’s. He has no mind for offense. You have to be trolling in the other thread, or you're just incapable of thinking logically about the Ducks' roster. In your eyes, It's rash to fire McElwain, because of his QB (a high 4 star recruit, coming off a redshirt year). However, Taggart should be fired, because playing a lower rated (still a 4 star, but not as heavily sought after as Franks plus his "ratings" were generally lower) true freshman QB is apparently no excuse for a team to struggle. That makes absolutely zero sense, and you completely contradict yourself.jefflockie wrote:Really rash decision by Florida. Well, what the heck. I'm in.pezsez1 wrote:Look to the bright side... if Taggart leaves, we just might get someone who's really, really, ridiculously good to replace him.

lol wouldn't be surprised to see chip end up at Florida their fans are offense lovers. Just don't know his interests.pudgejeff wrote:Chip!!!!!!pezsez1 wrote:Look to the bright side... if Taggart leaves, we just might get someone who's really, really, ridiculously good to replace him.
