The Taggart commitment tweet came four hours ago. I did just read that about Moore after posting. Does he usually post commitment tweets days after it happens. Moore is being looked at as a CB by Oregon so WR recruiting isn't really affected by him.
Except it doesn't reference anyone in particular and actually came from 16 hours ago. He just visited Tre'Shaun Harrison last night so it could easily pertain to him. Or it could be another player besides Hall. The one tweet from 4-5 hours ago you think is a commitment tweet is really just referencing him visiting Hall and other recruits in CA.
