Above is the link he provided to me. Joe's daughter, Lisa, is having health complications and the family is in need of financial help. So, if you'd like to help out our longtime fellow member, Joe (Penky26) and his family, please give!
Also he is looking to sell memorabilia: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=28190

Man...that's tough. My son just had two brain surgeries to correct his hydrocephalus. What we went through seems easy compared to what you have going on Penky. I'll keep y'all in my prayers

Bumping.
I just found this a few days ago and reached out to Penky. He still has some great stuff he’s willing to sell. If you can help it would be a great thing we can do to help a fellow Duck!

Let's help another duck out. It doesn't have to be a lot just something to help out.

It’s sad that we can’t fund universal healthcare like every other first world nation, so we wouldn’t have to resort to go-fund-me campaigns for health issues.Penky26 wrote:appreciate the posts. never expected to be in this position but anything would be a huge help towards my daughters recovery

Worse than that is we actual have two insurances, the one i have through work and a special needs health care just on my daughter and the bills are still massive.

Re: Penky's gofundme for his daughter
Looks like Penky was able to get some of the current/former Ducks players and coaches to RT the gofundme for his daughter. Seen things from Johnny Johnson, Justin Hollins, S&C Coach Fyle and Tyrell Crosby.
Here is one of his tweets. If you look at his activity and mentions, you’ll see some of the other folks helping out. Interestingly enough, looks like it was the UO Oregon Barstool Sports page that started it initially.

Re: Penky's gofundme for his daughter
Ive had some good conversations with Tyrell who has been more than generous with his time. My daughter is 6 months out from her brain surgery and is now eligible to begin aggressive therapy to help her potentially walk which she has never been able to do. Downside is this therapy is not covered by any of the insurances we have and is extremely expensive. Not asking that anyone reach into their own pocket but anyone willing to share her page would be doing my family a huge favor.
I also still have Ducks items that I am willing to sell to help make money towards this

Penky,
Doesn't GoFundMe have a Paypal option? If so, it would likely help you a lot. Many people are afraid to use their credit/debit cards.
