Cam Williams decommits

Post by Phenom »

Love love this kid. He's rated as 3/4* but his film is great. Awesome, tough athlete. Offers from everyone in the Pac-12 except Stanford.

Nice! I could definitely see him getting bumped up in rankings by the time they are finalized.

There is no way this guy is only a 3 star. HIs tape is dirty.

Well...that was short lived. Might want to change the name of this thread.

Anyone know why? Too many other DBs joining, making for a too-crowded depth chart?

From what I can glean on Twitter, he’s blowing up at camps this summer and getting what he considers to be better offers (USC).

Better offers? Cuz from what current commits have passed on the likes of Bama, Penn State, Georgia, etc., unless you are talking about something financial...

He had offer from USC when he committed.

This is the least surprising decommit. Many were very surprised when he committed in April.

Same here. I always thought he was the most likely to decommit since it always seemed like he committed just to lock up a spot and he barely seemed to acknowledge any of the newer commits like many of the others in the class were doing.
