Here's an interesting article from DT that says with official offers going out today, Oregon will likely be tipping its hand as to which recruits still have committable offers on the table:

Based on this story and then looking at the official offers that Cristobal retweeted this morning, we do have an idea as to which positions are still being targeted:

What is the difference between an offer and a committable offer? Like, if you get an offer that isn't committable, how does that really mean anything? Or is this one of those things that I'm simply too old now to understand?

If a recruit receives an offer and doesn't jump on it right away, it can become non-committable for a variety of reasons. Perhaps other recruits filled the spot, and there is no longer room. Perhaps the coaches saw more film on the recruit and changed their minds about the offer. When people use the term "committable offer" it just means that at that particular point in time, the coaches would accept the recruit's commitment if they were to give it.

Gotcha, that makes perfect sense. Thank you!
