Ducks make cut for 2019 LB To'oto'o

One of Oregon's top remaining 2019 targets, LB Henry To'oto'o, has cut his list down to five and the Ducks made it in. Also included were Alabama, Tennessee, Cal, and UW. Oregon isn't viewed as the favorite but they're at least in it to possibly get him.

Which team is considered the favorite?

I know some think Alabama and UW are the leaders with Oregon in a solid 3rd position. The Ducks were almost left off his top 8 list so to make the top 5 now shows how far they've come. According to 247 Sports' Greg Biggins, this will likely be a long recruitment since De La Salle kids tend not to take visits during the season, meaning he probably won't be an early signee and won't commit until near Signing Day in February.
