None of the recruiting sites or experts have confirmed it so it's hard to make sense if he's actually committed or just coming to visit for the Spring Game. Interesting fact is he's related to the Uiagalelei family as D.J.'s uncle has been tweeting about Ott.

I don't know if it's meant to be a commitment. It just sounds like to me that he stated an ambition. Of course, it bodes well for Oregon and I'd to assume Oregon has similar ambitions for him. You could be right, he could just be talking about a visit. The way I read it though, was that he was stating a goal.

He's committed, Jhop said he won't be doing a write up on it though due to him being a 2022 guy.

According to his interview with Greg Biggins, his initial tweet was about him visiting this weekend but he's now since confirmed his commitment to Oregon.

ha! He's a great player and would be incredible if he stuck with us until February 2021, but the odds of that happening are so low.
