Well, Egbuka said in an interview that he didn’t have a good relationship with Bouknight, but loved Cristobal. Given that, I think the new WR coach having 9 months to recruit him should still give them a better shot at getting him.

I like the idea that the recruits are developing relationships with more than just one coach. Every year coaches move on and recruits suddenly open up their recruitment.
