According to that database, here is how the Pac-12 teams rank in terms of dollars spent on recruiting per victory. This is for 2009 through 2013.
Arizona State:: $43,666.00
Utah: $48,165.00
Oregon: $52,287.00
UCLA: $54,541.00
Oregon State: $55,222.00
Arizona: $56,812.00
Washington: $62,081.00
Washington State: $66,057.00
California: $78,824.00
Colorado: $162,784.00

Surprised to see Ohio State at #35 and Wisconsin at #60. Those 2 schools are getting a lot of bang for their buck. Not surprised that 5 of the top 7 are SEC schools, broken up only by Oregon and 1 other school. I bet USC would be up there if their spending was made public.
