Re: Renaming the Rivalry

The only logical thing to do is withdraw from the PAC 12 altogether.
1) U-Dub and Wazzu play in a state named after a slave holding president.
2) Stanford and USC are elitist institutions which encourage and perpetuate income and wealth disparities.
(Stanford was once also called the Indians)
3) In Arizona: US Senator Barry Goldwater voted against the Civil Rights act.
4) Utah has a fierce rivalry with BYU which only exacerbates religious tensions.
5) In Colorado, the Buffaloes were hunted to near extension on Native American land.
6) Chip Kelly kinda sorta still runs the spread offense which is a another form of fate shaming.
7) Cal Berkeley is another tool of the Alt-Right.
Nevada is excluded from the PAC 12 altogether which is obviously a violation of the Civil Rights Act.
I'm not sure if this is sarcasm or a plausible scenario which will unfold over the next few week.
