Wayman Tisdale B+ C- D+ B C+ B (Restricted at PF/C only)
Ready now prospect who can start on almost any team. Great at getting easy buckets. Solid jump shot. Can be quite selfish at times which leads to turnovers. Scouts feel he can put it all together with the right coaching and leadership. Defensively, guards post well. Can block shots and cause turnovers. Truly a menace on the defensive side of the ball. Solid rebounder. Good potential
Charles Oakley C D D B B B (Restricted at PF/C only)
He has shown flashes of being able to shoot outside the paint, but we have yet to see consistent production from his jumper. Oakley has the strength to defend in the post, and the agility to switch on to guards on the perimeter. Amazing rebounder. He also has great timing on blocking shots at the rim. Good potential
Ed Pinckney B- C- C- B C+ B
On defense, Pinckney is a surprisingly good shot blocker. He has great timing and uses his length to its full advantage. Great inside scorer. Pinckney is playing mostly in the post on offense, although he can see more time on the wing. If he can improve his rebounding skills, he should have a good career. Good potential
Karl Malone B- C C B- C+ A (Restricted at PF/C only)
Truly one of the most intriguing prospects in DASL. Came from a small school but his dominant presence kept scouts checking in. Can score, pass, dribble, shoot and rebound really well. Some still feel he will need to work on his basketball IQ. Fundamentals are there, he boxes out really well. Athleticism is good. Strength is solid. Amazing raw potential
Terry Catledge B C- C- C+ C+ B
Catledge is a one trick pony. Scoring the ball. And he does this well. He is also great at running in transition, with or without the ball, and has a rare comfort and understanding with running the pick-and-roll. Solid defender. Can work on his strength to become a better rim protector. Good potential
A. C. Green C+ C C C+ C+ A
He's a very skilled player who sees the floor well regardless of the situation he's put in. His rebounding allows him to start fast breaks. Green is eager to show his shooting ability, which creates a lot of ill-advised shot attempts. Great at dunking the ball. Good at guarding around the perimeter. Still needs time to grow into a complete player. Great potential
Ken Johnson C C- D C+ B- B
If he fulfills his potential, Johnson will be a defensive specialist. Needs one year of development but his home is in the paint on the defensive end. Good strength to hold his own and can move well laterally. Good potential.
Greg Stokes B- C- C- C B- C
Average potential but he can find a spot on a roster providing bench scoring and rebounding. Needs to improve his man defense. Defensively he wont be special or generate turnovers.
Hot Rod Williams C C C C+ C A
Amazing raw potential but will need some seasoning as he is not ready year 1. Touch around the rim is limited and is more effective as a jump shooter currently. Wont be a vacuum in the paint and is careful with the ball in his hands. Very good strength for the position but fundamentals are lacking on the boards. Average defender with the ability to alter shots in a season or two.
Georgi Glouchkov C+ D C- C B- B
Import from Bulgaria where he dominated, I mean dominated, the Bulgarian league the past three years. Technique is lacking under the basket but has a knack for adjusting to the competition so scouts feel comfortable he will grow into a decent scorer. Rebounding is solid and can grab boards from day one. Needs to improve on the block defensively. Good potential.
