Oregon has landed 4* 2022 S Landon Hullaby from Mansfield, TX. It was a bit of a surprise as many thought he'd commit to Texas. There is a connection with the Ducks as he was teammates with 2021 signee Terrell Tilmon.

He's a good one! Beat out a lot of Big 12/SEC teams for him.

What makes this even more surprising is he picked Oregon even though his brother is already on the Texas football team. Definitely a case of the younger brother wanting to strike out on their own.

That is extra sweet, right after Sark steals the top QB on the West Coast and there’s an article about Sark coming for blood on the West Coast. It’s the 300th ranked player in the composite, but still - someone from Texas that Texas wanted.

Hats off to Rod Chance, he’s showing himself to be a great recruiter. Maybe that is part of what made Hayward expendable.
