Problem they've had. Leave runners on. 8 tonight in 4 innings. Hard to win that way

0/11 with runners in scoring position. Really screwed the pooch.
ASU and Stanford both lost, as well, making the PAC-12 look over-seeded, not under-seeded.

And UW didn't look all that great beating PSU. My prediction of at least 3 PAC-12 teams in the WCWS looks dumb now. The only one I think you can be sure of is UCLA.StevensTechU wrote:0/11 with runners in scoring position. Really screwed the pooch.

Brooke was fun to watch tonight, striking out 14 as ducks win 2-0. They face Texas tomorrow at 1 and if they beat them face them half hour after wards in winner takes all game.

Re: SB: Austin Regional
But again they were like 1 for 7 with risp. That makes like 1 for 18 against Texas State. That won't do against Texas. They have to do better on offense. Only 3 runs in the 2 real games. And one of those on a throwing error. Saint Francis doesn't count. Regardless of record, they were totally outclassed at this level. I hope I'm wrong but I don't see them winning once, much less twice, against Texas. If Brooke has another good one, maybe they squeeze out a 1-0 win.thomas time wrote:Brooke was fun to watch tonight, striking out 14 as ducks win 2-0.
