He sounds like a real solid player and a well-grounded young man. He is quite the leader and would be a definite asset for the Ducks. Go Ducks!

Very interesting article indeed. He defnitely sounds like a leader on the field. I would still love for Oregon to land him although as I said long time ago I think he ends up at USC and still believe that. He is also headlined on Rivals.com in the weekly whispers but can not read it as do not have a paid membership. Maybe somebody can summarize what it sayd. I think with Oregon's ties to Nike with his interest in Sports Marketing Oregon would have a good chance but realize beating out the big boys on this one gonna be extremely hard.

With his family situation you would think a school close to home would have an advantage. Doesn't sound like mom could take a lot of weekends off and fly to LA for games. Of course the free family housing provided by USC could be a solution to that problem.

"He wants to major in business or sports management and maybe work in the sports apparel business."
Every time I read this, I wonder why he would want to go a couple thousand miles away from his family...
Think "WARSAW", Owa!

With his mother so engaged in raising kids and attending school herself, would think he would try to stay close to help during off season.

Owa has said in the past that his family plans to move to wherever he attends college.
