Hats off to Tim DeRuyter and his adjustments after the 1st quarter. Helps having a really good defensive line.
AB played 2 really good quarters, but to make the playoff, we're going to need that, rather than what we saw in the 1st(confused) and 4th(horrible accuracy).
Seemed like Funa had a pretty serious injury, so prayers up for him.
We really need to get other running backs involved more or Dye is going to get worn down.
Was a weird game, but beating Chip and a veteran UCLA team is a great day to be a duck!
Go Ducks!

Watching the Oregon State game and the Utah QB threw the ball away. An OSU defender didn't touch the receiver and got flagged for PI. Yep, I thought, PAC12 officials.

Really wish Oregon's 3rd/4th and long coverage was better as they seem to struggle in those situations.

Some crazy posts on this thread. This was probably only the second game this year where Oregon played well; they got ticked off at the end of the second half and were running away with it until they turned it over three times. They were, after all, the underdog, so it was a solid win. Banged up, though.
Some of us are old enough to remember when getting bowl eligible was a big deal. Nobody mentions it now.

I'm not sure, how tall was he? - did he look about 6'6'' and 240 pounds with an arm that has to be registered in California as a weapon of mass destruction?Alan wrote:Good interview from Dye, who was the second guy he hugged? The tall blond guy? Anyone know?

What a game... pretty much highlighted all of our strengths and flaws. Tenacious defense that is much better than its total yardage stats show, and an offense led by a QB with no deep ball whatsoever. AB was great tonight when he wasn't throwing deep, but man... why the coaches called that play that led to his final INT is beyond me.
Great win though. Wish it had been a blowout -- it easily could have been -- but never apologize for winning.

Willie Taggart is a dick.

If it’s the same blond guy I saw him hug, it was Jerry Neuheisel
