I know there were some rumblings from fans that a change needed to be made but didn't think Smith would do it this late in the season.

Pretty surprised by this. Considering the shortcomings on the DL, they've been decent. Trent Bray is the best linebacker coach in the conference. No idea how that will translate to coordinating.

Yes, but do his linebackers have organized backpacks for team meetings?
